It will be difficult to continue to do business with you because you continue to run out of the product I need, the 750" small bubbles, perforated at 12 in. For the passed 4 months when I have tried to order that item it has been out of stock. I try to order ahead but it complicated thing for me when you are out stock. carla

I like Ghalys bubble wrap. The larger, 24" rolls don't seem to be perforated as well as the 12" rolls, and does not want to rip well. Otherwise, I like this product, and it works well for my needs. Thanks!

I purchased the 24" x 350 sq ft. 3/16" .. I was surprised that this wasn't wimpy bubble wrap but robust and decent. And that the bubble pockets weren't too small. ( I was wrapping art work) The price is excellent. I will definitely buy this again. Great company !

I will first say that the bubble wrap is fine and we were happy with the price paid. We ordered 2 rolls of bubble wrap, 24 in x 175 feet. We think we received 4 rolls of bubble wrap 12 in x 175 feet. The width is definitely 12 in but there is no label on the item itself. We are assuming each roll is 175 feet long. I contacted Ghayls via email about the incorrect item received. They offered us a 10% refund to keep the incorrect item received. We wanted the wider bubble wrap. They then offered us 1 roll of the 24 in bubble wrap at no extra charge. We communicated only by email as the listed phone number appears to not be checked. We tried to respond promptly but days went by before we heard from them regarding the issue. We accepted the offer of one roll of 24 in and we have received that at no extra charge plus we are keeping the incorrect item. I was glad we were able to resolve the issue. Hopefully, us receiving the incorrect item was just a fluke.
