Bubble wrap 700 ft² (4 Rolls of 175 ft x 12" Wide) - 3/16" Small Bubble - Perforated Every 12''- with 10 Fragile Stickers by Fresh Farm LLC

After Multiple Emails & Phone calls with NO resolution & NO responses, I am forced to leave this review. I made 4 orders of 700 ft of 3/16" small bubble wrap, each were supposed to have FOUR rolls 175 ft long. Instead, I received TWO rolls "labeled" 350 ft long each. I know these two rolls total 700 ft according to the label, but I unrolled an entire roll labeled 350 ft & measured it (since it looked like less than double of my two old 175 ft rolls). I found that the roll "labeled" 350 ft actually measured 300 ft long which means I received 600 ft instead of the 700 ft amount ordered - FOR EACH OF THE FOUR ORDERS. This means after 4 orders of 700 ft, I was actually SHORTED 400 ft total of bubble wrap as compared to the advertised amount (100 ft short per order x 4). I verified this by weighing the labeled "350 ft" roll I measured as 300 ft to find that all the other rolls I received matched in weight. Then the company proceeds to not return customer service messages or emails for two and a half weeks. If you like to be shorted bubble wrap & then receive no customer service to resolve your issue, order from Ghalys. Don't trust the length of bubble wrap they advertise & don't expect any customer service here.

I'd ordered from this company on several occasions, no problem. Now they don't ship, respond to inquiries or refund your money. Filed a claim with credit card company after one month waiting. ABSOLUTE CROOKS!

One of the items was refunded a month after ordering but the other item says it has shipped and tracking still shows status as “label created”. Horrible communication and customer service.

I bought 4 rolls of bubble wrap over 3 weeks ago and all they did was print a shipping label and did not give the bubble wrplap to Fedex. I tried calling them 5 days in a row now and emailed them twice and I got no response. I can't report to Shopify until 1 month has passed.

They stole my money and now I have to dispute with my card company

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR THEIR BUBBLE WRAP. THEY DO NOT SEND WHAT YOU ORDER, SHORTING ME EVERY TIME FOR A YEAR NOW. YES USUALLY THEY WILL SEND THE REST, BUT THIS HAVING TO FIGHT FOR IT IS WRONG. THEY HAVE TO KNOW THIS IS HAPPENING, BUT THEY ARE COUNTING ON YOU TO JUST LET IT GO. NO ONE CAN MAKE THIS MANY MISTAKES. NOW SENDING IT TO AN ONLINE REVIEW AS I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY HAVE BEEN RIPPING OFF. BUYER BEWARE!
